Swedish Chamber of Commerce China Visits Senior Material (Europe) AB Explore New Opportunities for Growth

On January 10, 2025, over 40 member representatives of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce China visited Senior Material (Europe) AB. During the visit, the delegates toured the Phase I coating workshop and the Phase II project under construction. They expressed admiration and pride for the achievements Senior Material has accomplished in Sweden and across Europe over the past four years. The visit also included interactive exchanges between the delegates and Senior Material (Europe)’s management team, where they shared experiences on business operations and project management.

Following the visit, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce China held its 2025 Annual Meeting in Eskilstuna, attended by representatives from over 40 member enterprises. Ambassador Cui, together with Mr. Liu, CEO of Senior Material Group, were invited to attend the meeting.

At the annual meeting, Mr. Liu shared the strategic vision of Senior Material Group and Senior Material (Europe), reaffirming the company’s goal of becoming a globally leading international enterprise in the separator industry. He emphasized Senior Material’s commitment to driving energy transformation, green and low-carbon development, and sustainable progress.

Mr. Liu also expressed heartfelt gratitude and respect to the embassy, the Chamber of Commerce, and its member enterprises for their longstanding support and encouragement. He called for continued collaboration among Swedish Chamber enterprises to overcome challenges, foster cooperation in Sweden and Europe, and jointly pave the way for a new chapter for Chinese brands, innovative Chinese productivity, Chinese enterprises, and Chinese professionals venturing abroad.

Mr. Liu concluded his speech by highlighting the importance of contributing to Sino-Swedish economic collaboration and strengthening the bond of friendship between the two nations. On behalf of Senior Material Group and Senior Material (Europe) AB, he extended New Year’s greetings to all attendees in advance.
