Representatives from the Municipal Planning Committee of Eskilstuna visited Senior Material’s facility in Svista to gain a closer understanding of the company’s operations and the ongoing establishment in Eskilstuna.
During the visit, the company presented its production of separator film for lithium-ion batteries, a key component in the European battery value chain. The participants were given an overview of the production process and how the facility contributes to the growing battery industry in Europe.
The visit also included a guided tour of Factory 2, where participants were able to see the production line and learn more about how the manufacturing process is designed and how the facility works to manage and minimise diffuse emissions.
